That can keep your wedding party or closest family inside the weekend instead of sending everyone in different directions. If your overnight list is larger, plan off-site lodging and transportation early rather than assuming a room block or shuttle is part of the venue.
Think of the property as one shared home base with three distinct rhythms: close family and day-of preparation, the larger crew, and a quiet retreat.
Three ensuite bedrooms across three stories. The top floor has a king plus a setup that can become another king or two twins. The middle bedroom opens to a private balcony. The ground-floor queen ensuite and bathroom are handicap accessible.
Eight twin beds and four queen beds upstairs, with optional privacy screens for each queen. Downstairs has a full kitchen, living area, and gas fireplace. The second-floor balcony was built for stargazing.
The original 2018 Airstream feels like its own little apartment, with a king bed, kitchen, private bathroom, heat, and air conditioning. The Airstream and immediate outdoor area are private; the water is about 100 feet away, and Secret Beach is shared.

Once the Dragonwood team confirms the current house-by-house lodging plan, any remaining overnight guests need a separate lodging plan. Ask separately whether the couples Airstream is available.
Dragonwood is in Parkman, about 75 minutes from Bangor and about 3 hours from Portland. For guests staying elsewhere, confirm the lodging location, pickup point, vehicle plan, and timing before invitations go out. Room blocks, shuttle providers, rideshare coverage, and travel times should be verified for your date rather than assumed.
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Earlier or later access may be possible by request and should be confirmed with Carrie.
Internet is available across the property, but speed can vary with conditions. Confirm any work-critical needs before the stay.
The driveway is gravel. The Main House has a handicap-accessible bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Carrie can coordinate arrival and setup.
