The Dragonwood story begins with a vision to share our family's happiest place on Earth. We love Maine, and we want everyone to experience the Maine we know: the simple life. Wake up to the sound of loons on the pond and fall asleep to the coo of owls. Eat seasonally grown organic produce grown right on the property.
We're passionate about creating spaces for play, healing, and growth that encourage guests and wildlife alike to return to a natural habitat.

Concierge & Director of Operations
Carrie is often mentioned by name in five-star reviews. She oversees the property, helping create the kind of memories people come back for. From grocery pickup to your wedding day flow, Carrie and her team manage the details so you can stay present with your people.

Jack of All Trades
Seth keeps the outdoor equipment running, the trails clear, and the Warrior Confidence Course in shape. If something needs doing, he is usually already on it. He is a big part of why the outdoors here feel ready the minute people step out the door.

Maintenance & Infrastructure
Frank keeps the systems underneath Dragonwood working year-round: solar, generator, plumbing, structures, and the fixes nobody notices unless they stop. He helped build much of what guests now use, from the Main House addition to the course infrastructure. When the property feels solid and dependable, a lot of that traces back to Frank.

Landscaping & Gardens
Nicky shapes how Dragonwood looks and grows through the seasons, from the gardens and orchard to the flowers and walkways guests notice first. She plans what gets planted, what gets harvested, and how the grounds feel month to month. The first impression people get when they arrive starts with her.
