Main House
The Main House sleeps 9 across three stories, with one bedroom and attached full bathroom on each floor, plus warm gathering space and a full kitchen.
Bunk House
The Bunk House sleeps 16 and has two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a second-floor balcony built for stargazing.
Airstream
A stationary 2018 International Airstream booked where it sits in a wooded pocket among the cedars. It accommodates up to three; the immediate outdoor area is private, the water is about 100 feet away, and Secret Beach is shared.
Entire Property
The Main House and Bunk House together sleep 25 on 18 acres with about 1,200 feet of private shoreline along Manhanock Pond. A separate three-person Airstream may be available by request. No other overnight guest group shares a whole-property booking; team members and daytime activity may still overlap.
Gather Your People
Thunder Hall Pavilion
A 30-by-40-foot pavilion in the Walnut Grove with vinyl sides that open for airflow or close against weather. Event layout and guest fit are confirmed for each gathering.
The Haven
A climate-controlled indoor gathering space connected to the Bunk House. Event layout and guest fit are confirmed for each gathering.

How many people can stay overnight?
The Main House sleeps 9 and the Bunk House sleeps 16; booked together they sleep 25. The Airstream is a separate three-person stay and may be available by request.
