Gathered around the table. Rooted in the land. Five gatherings, three guest chefs, every dish sourced from the Dragonwood gardens.
No set menu. The chefs work with what the garden produces that week. What is ripe, what is ready, and what tastes best when it is this fresh. Dinner is served at a long communal table.

Inspired by her mother-in-law, Jackie brings a collection of Polish family recipes. Dishes rooted in tradition, built from simple ingredients, and meant to be enjoyed together.
Classic Italian
Tom learned pasta from his Italian aunt next door, and his mother kept the tradition going. Together with Nancy, they bring handmade tortellini, ravioli, caprese, and more.
