Two houses together on one lakefront property.
The standard whole-property booking gives your group the Main House and Bunk House on the same 18 wooded acres for up to 25 overnight guests. The separate two-person Airstream is not included; ask about adding it when it is available.
Where everyone sleeps
The Main House sleeps 9, the Bunk House sleeps 16, and the Airstream sleeps 2 separately by request. Everyone stays close without sharing one roof.
What is included outdoors
Your group has 1,200 feet of shoreline on Manhanock Pond, a private dock, swim raft, paddleboat, kayaks, fire pit, gardens, and trails. No other overnight guests share the property. Dragonwood team members may be working on the land, and daytime events can sometimes overlap.
