The Main House and Bunk House sit together on 18 wooded acres for group stays. Mornings can begin in one kitchen or two. Afternoons spread toward the pond, the trails, and the quiet corners of the property. Everyone comes back together without getting into a car.

Your group arrives to two separate houses on the same property. The Main House gives smaller groups and quieter sleepers a traditional home base. The Bunk House keeps the larger, more social part of the group together.
YOUR DAY
Find your pace
People can swim, fish, kayak, or wander the trails at their own pace. The Design Studio, Warrior Confidence Course, gardens, dock, and fire pit give the group options without turning the stay into a schedule.
AFTER DARK
Come back together
Dinner can happen together, then the night opens back up. Some guests stay by the fire. Others head to the balcony or walk back to their own room while the group is still close by.

The standard whole-property stay includes the Main House and Bunk House. The Airstream is a separate listing and may be added by request when available. Dragonwood staff may be working on the land, and daytime events can sometimes overlap.

No. The standard listing includes the Main House and Bunk House. Ask about adding the Airstream when it is available.
Will everyone sleep in one building?
No. The Main House and Bunk House are separate buildings on the same property. Carrie can help you plan who sleeps where.
Is the property completely empty besides our group?
There are no other overnight guest bookings. Dragonwood team members may be working on the property, and a daytime event may occasionally overlap.
